As a patient, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled appointments or provide timely cancellation notice

Appointment Booking:

• We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time

Cancellation Policy:

• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full consultation fee

• Multiple no-shows may result in denial of future appointments

• You must follow post-treatment care instructions to minimize risks

We will take all reasonable precautions to minimize risks, but we cannot guarantee against all possible complications.

Payment Terms:

• Consultation fees are payable at the time of visit

• Treatment costs will be discussed and agreed upon before procedures

• Payment is due before or immediately after treatment unless otherwise arranged

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods

Pricing:

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Package deals and promotional offers have specific terms and validity

Refunds:

• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable

• Refunds for treatments will be considered on a case-by-case basis

• Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results does not automatically qualify for refunds

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service

• We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow instructions

• We are not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

We are committed to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws:

• Your medical records are kept secure and confidential

• Information is shared only with authorized medical personnel

• You have the right to access your medical records

• Records may be disclosed when required by law or with your consent

Before and after photos may be taken for:

• Medical documentation and record-keeping

• Treatment planning and evaluation

• Marketing purposes (only with your explicit written consent)

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other patients

Our services do not include emergency medical care. In case of medical emergencies:

• Call emergency services (108 or 112 in India) immediately

• Go to the nearest hospital emergency department
